Ryan Dean Thomas and his wife Rachel were brought together in a beautiful vision of wellness and love which they want to share with others. The name of this vision is Natural Integral Wellness Partnership. Together it is their intention to share the gifts of healing love with the world and to spread complete understanding of self and well being through their workshops, meditations, and exercises.

Ryan has been studying and practicing wellness, health and fitness for 18 years. He is a scientist, an artist, a philosopher, and a healer. He is trained with a Bachelors of Science in Biology concentrating on Physiology from Pennsylvania State University. As an artist he has spent countless hours in deep musical inspiration in a handful of different bands as well as in solo projects composing original musical material with poetic visionary themes echoing the great mythos of soul. He studies and practices the great work of philosophy through the wisdoms of many cultural heritages. Of great interest are Kabbalah; Gnostic Christianity; Sufism; Vajrayana and other forms of Buddhism; Yoga, Vedanta, and other aspects of Hinduism; Qi Gong, The I Ching, Gong Fu, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and all the wonderful variations of Taoism; Western Mysticism including Hermeticism and Alchemy; Native Aboriginal Shamanism; Integral Psychology; Physics, Metaphysics, Sacred Geometry and Numerology of Music; and Usui Reiki. As a healer these all come together in a synthesis of intuitive happening wisdom and compassion and compose the background of Natural Integral Wellness Partnership.

He is a Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor through the AFPA (American Fitness Professionals and Associates). In the near future he will be officially working on his Masters of Art in Body/Mind Integrative Studies through the University of Natural Medicine. He plans to also get a Ph.D. in Natural Health. He has been working on his Masters Thesis for about 9 years now intently. Much of the material he contributes to Natural Integral Wellness Partnership draws from this source.

Rachel Dean Thomas is a  Registered Nurse with focus in holistic nursing. Carrying her knowledge of western medicine and disease processes over to her passions of Yoga and the natural healing arts makes Rachel one among the many in todays world bridging these two disciplines. Rachels greatest influences come from the ancient wisdoms of Raja Yoga, the I Ching, Vajrayana Buddhism and Tara Practice, and Jesus Christ. In addition to her five years of Yoga practice Rachel has studied Reiki and together with Ryan developed the techniques and methodologies of Natural Energy Resonance Healing. Rachels aspirations include learning certifications in aromatherapy, message, and color therapy. Her long term goal is to gain a degree in Naturopathy. She is an experienced Yoga Instructor and intends to gain her Yoga Teachers Certification soon. She enjoys creating delicious vegan dishes, making macrame jewelry, oil painting, belly dance, and backpacking.

Ryan and Rachel wish to start a holistic health spa where they can offer their girfts and knowledge to help the brothers and sisters of planet earth, as for now they practice from their home in New Castle, PA.  You can learn more about Natural Energy Resonance and Ryan's development of CHITTA Yoga at their monthy talks at the Phoenix Fire Spiritual Center in Erwin, PA.  Check out the peaceburgh events calendar for the dates and descriptions of the talks.
