I agree. Im a senior mental health nurse working in a busy Crisis and home treatment team in the UK. For me the benefits of TFT for the type of clients I see each could be potentially amazing. However as it is not indicated by NICE I cant get funding for my training, even if I funded it myself I wouldnt be able to openly promote it to my patients. Do you know anyone in the NHS who has been trained and practices, as I would be interested in speaking to them.
